Within the ENSCC project, DC at CIC bioGUNE will be in charge of monitoring and characterizing the binding between new Carbohydrate Binding Motifs (CBM), designed and chemically synthesized by other consortium groups, and targeted carbohydrates. The molecular recognition processes will be investigated by a combination of biophysical techniques, with special emphasis on the employment of Nuclear Magnetic Resonance.
